Festival Updates!

Hey all,

Have a few updates on the festival seen. First, INDIE Fest Chicago ended up canceling. They lost their screening theater and weren't able to find a new home for the festival. We were pretty disappointed but it's the way it goes. Anyway, we have our fingers crossed that another festival in Chicago will screen our film. Sorry to those of you I know in Chicago. I promise we'll get it there soon. We also wish Indie Fest the best of luck.

Another change has come with the FAIF Festival. They too had lost their location at the Mann's Chinense Theater but fortunite enough they were able to partner up with another festival Indie Fest USA and we will be showing at the end of Oct. Here's their website for more info http://www.indiefestusa.com/. The festival takes place at AMC 12 theaters in Downtown Disney, (in Disneyland, very cool) from October 26th to November 2nd. Screening schedules have not been post as of yet.

That's all the festival updates I have for now. We've got alot of things in the works right now so keep checking back here.

About FAM

The FAM Fest: Film, Art, and Music Festival was born when a small group of filmmakers, artists, and musicians got together and wanted to throw a good party. After the success of last years FAM Fest we have decided to make it bigger this year. It will include more artists, photographers, musicians and video installations, and will include a full night of international short films from as far away as Germany, Ireland, and a few from the United States. This years festival will benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Texas. The point of this festival is to give an opportunity for people from all styles and genres to show their talents. This year at FAM 2007 we have a very eclectic and talented group of artists and it shall prove to be one heck of a show.
